This is an amazing fifth wheel! It is SO NICE, definitely an amazing layout! This one won't disappoint! It is a very managable length, but lives like a much larger trailer. There are so many extra features and options! Including: electric patio awning, industry leading insulation, HYDRALIC AUTOMATIC LEVELING SYSTEM, central vacuum system, fireplace, washer hook-ups, and so much more! It has tons of storage built in throughout the trailer. The layout is wonderful, and so open and spacious in the rear living room. The whole space is light and bright because of the large windows, including the huge rear window that really lets you ENJOY THE VIEW. The living room has 2 comfy recliners and a hide a bed couch that are placed nicely for viewing the entertainment center with flat screen TV, and fireplace. There is also a very nice desk area. The desk chair also doubles as a step stool to reach the higher cabinets easily. The kitchen is AMAZING! There is tons of counterspace with the countertop extension, and nice cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with, a large double door fridge/freezer, large double sink, 3 burner stove/oven, and microwave oven with hood fan. The dining table is placed nicely next to the kitchen. The bedroom is wonderful as well with a walk around queen bed (although please note there is room to replace it with a king bed if you desire), large closet area, storage under the bed, chest of drawers, nice built in cabinets, TV, and a second closet that was washer/dryer hook ups. The bathroom has a nice sink/vanity, cabinet space, big glass enclosed corner shower, and the commode in it's own private room. There is a fully ducted air-conditioner and large furnace. This trailer is FOUR SEASONS INSULATED! Meaning it is ready to keep you very comfortable in the cold and hot weather! It has an all ALUMINUM FRAME. There is lots of good outdoor storage.
