Fantastic for all climate camping and is being sold by the original owner. It has only been used 6 times. The master bedroom features a king bed and a door for privacy when you have overnight guests. The chef will be happy with the full amenities and eat at the U-shaped dinette while looking out at the views. You will be able to get cleaned up in the full bathroom without having to wait your turn for the public facilities The outdoor grill and mini refrigerator are a great convenience while outside, and the interior kitchen pantry is located right next to the main entry door for quick access. You also have a second entry door that is located in the master bedroom, as an added convenience. The main living area offers you plenty of seating and dining space with its 68" tri-fold sleeper sofa and booth dinette. The Cougar Half-Ton has a Climate Guard protection package to keep you safe during inclement weather, and you'll also find an iN-Command Generation 3 with global connect. Two portable Honda Generators are also included with the rv that were only used one time. There is a small dent in the skirting on the left side.
