The overall condition of the coach is very good. Moderate exterior wear, minimal sun fade and the owner reports no issues with the roof. The interior is also very nice, with moderate wear and one of the recliners will need to be repaired. But overall a really nice coach for two. Stock #348299 Cute Cougar 22RBS! The interior features stadium recliners with power features, a large 40" flat-screen, and a full kitchen with a double stainless sink, a 3-burner stove, a microwave, and a gas oven. The electric-propane refrigerator is generous for two people. A king bed is a nice luxury in such a compact footprint, and there's plenty of storage above and below. The bathroom features a shower with a skylight, a sink, and a toilet. A powerful rooftop AC unit keeps the coach cool, and there's a heater for cold mornings. There is also a Winegard Air antenna and heated storage tanks. Owners are including a weight distribution hitch, a brand new macerator, small parts/accessories. Reason for selling is not using enough.
