Original owners of 2009 KZ Spree 245KS travel trailer, like new. Great for families, two slides opens up trailer. Trailer sleeps 8, has king size bed with pillow top mattress, dinette makes queen bed, two bunks and jack knife couch. Microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, shower/bathtub, u shaped dinette, iPod/cd/radio, outside speakers, ducted air/heat, fiberglass exterior for easy care, awning, 6 cu ft refrigerator, 6 gal water heater. Sealed and heated under belly for longer camping season. Outside door to load bikes or larger items in trailer. Power hitch jack, diamond shield, outside shower, stabilizer jacks, spare tire with carrier. Custom made carpet runners to keep floors looking new. Adjustable shelves in pantry, wardrobe, custom made shelf to extend kitchen work area. Trailer is 26 ft in length, but slides extend to approx 31 ft. 40 gal fresh water capacity, 32 gal grey and black water holding tanks. Two 30 gal propane tanks.
