Nicely maintained top of the line toy hauler from KZ Manufacturing. This is the Escalade Sportster. 41'11" length. 10' garage depth with 31' of high end living space. The Brochure that is posted along with this ad does not do these Fifth wheels justice with the quality of the unit. One of the things it doesn't mention for this unit is it had the slide out awnings for it which is a big plus for upkeep. I purchased this used out of Florida to relocate to Tennessee. A few of the things I have done since it was bought was to start upgrading the inner lights with LED's. Upgraded the power convertor to a better unit and also added skirting by to help protect the underbelly and conserve heat during the colder months. The fuel pump on the 5500 Onan generator has been replaced. The unit has a 30 gal gas tank which supplies the generator and the filling station. Safe-T alert system has been upgraded. No leaks on the unit. The circuit board replaced by one of the local mobile RV services in the area. Tires are in good shape with less than 1000 miles on them since we purchased this unit a little over 2 years ago. This unit has 3 tv's in it along with surround sound and a satellite dish that is mounted on the roof. The Bathroom, especially for a toy hauler is one of the best ones I have seen. The Bedroom complete with a king size bed and plenty of storage space is second to none. The basement, or underbelly storage is also one of the largest i have ever seen. The tie down system for motorcycles include the Condor Wheel chocks which are the elite of wheel chocks. Unit will come with heated hose, sewer hose. Inside is in clean shape, non smokers and no pets. The design is the Sorrel Decor and has more amenities than any normal RV that truly makes this a better unit in more ways than none. A couple of which are the 40lb propane tanks opposed to most that only have 30lb, the microwave/convection oven which gives you more storage space and the glass top gas burners which are a lot easier to clean than the older style burners. We are selling to move north. Would like to sell as quickly as possible which is why you won't find a better price anywhere that i know of for this unit and with Sturgis coming up, you can really enjoy yourself in this Toy Hauler.
