Excellent condition. Pictures do not do it justice. To the best of my knowledge I am the 2nd owner. I have all of the owner's manuals. Weight is under 6,000 lbs. I pull it with my F150. No leaks, good tires. Winterized. Storage paid through December 24th. $25/mo. to keep it there. Minor cosmetic damage rear passenger side wheel area and drawer slide in kitchen cabinet needs to be fixed. I added roof vent covers so vents can stay open during rain or going down the road. Has sway bars. Brand new, never used battery. Driver's side battery power slide out. Thermostat controlled furnace and A/C with duct airflow so air is evenly distributed. Exterior shower. Am/Fm/CD player. Cable TV jacks. Stove, fridge and microwave are like new. Fridge is gas or electric powered. Awning. Manual leveling jacks. Used 2006 K-Z Sportsmen 2604 P LTD travel trailer with large slideout, rear lounge, front bedroom and fiberglass exterior.This camper has two entrance doors. As you come in the rear door, there is a rear lounge area with two comfortable chairs across the back. As you move to the middle of the camper there is a large sofa and dinette slideout across from the kitchen. The sofa is a hide-a-bed for extra sleeping. The dinette is a table and chairs that can easily accomodate 4 adults for meals or cards. The kitchen area has an extended counter with a large sink with sink covers for food prepartion and cleanup. There is a two door refrigerator that operates on LP gas or 110V electric. A microwave, stove and oven round out the interior kitchen's food preparation capabilities. There is also plenty of storage above and below for your items. An entertainment center with a DVD player and room for a TV is at the front of the main living cabin. The bathroom is in front of the kitchen area and features a private enclosure on the side. A closet is across from the bathroom. In the front of the camper is a private master suite with a walk around queen bed.Other interior features include a rooftop air conditioner that is ducted through the roof to provide even cooling throughout the camper. A furnace also operates off a combination of 12 volt and LP. The 12 volt provides the ignition as well as a fan to blow the warmed air through ducts for even distribution of heat. A water heater operates from an electronic ignition to give warm water for bathing and food prep.On the outside, the first thing you notice is the laminated fiberglass exterior. Under the fiberglass is a laminated aluminum structure with stryofoam insulation. A patio awning extends 8 feet out and provides a place to relax in shade when the sun is too hot, or in comfort if it is raining. There is a large grab handle at the main entry door in the rear of the camper. On the roof you will see the Maxx Air vent covers for ventilation even under adverse conditions. A spare tire is mounted on the rear bumper for safety.
