2011 K-Z Manufacturing Escalade Sportster Toy Hauler Fifth Wheel, Model 41 IKS Length 41' 11", includes separate 10' cargo bay garage plus 31'+ living area. Unloaded weight 14,420 lbs. This high-end fifth wheel RV is in excellent condition and has always been well maintained. Well insulated with solid wood cabinets & doors, useable throughout the four seasons. Hand waxed in December 2015. Never in an accident. We are the original owners. Heavy duty 7,000 lb-rated Dexter triple axles, can carry all your gear on a full load. Don't be fooled by other toy haulers as they are commonly under-rated for a full load capacity -- this is a serious safety concern; other toy haulers are perfectly rated for leaving empty from the factory! Selling because we bought a motorhome. Originally purchased while we lived in Ohio, only 3 hours away from the K-Z factory in Indiana.
