This one-owner model 4212, while designed to be a toy hauler, was mostly used as a home for holidays. It has the optional party deck at the rear with folding rails and a remote-controlled awning. Other options are the extreme weather package which includes a heavily insulated garage wall with sliding doors and dual-pane safety glass windows. The weather will not be an issue with three air conditioning units (with a heat pump). You also have a 20 ft patio awning and another 10 ft awning for the rear side entrance.
