The RV looks to be in good shape. The only wear noticed was on the arm of the couch.
The hidden TV is a nice feature because it takes up less room and functions.
The kitchen has a nice pull-out cabinet to give you more countertop space. All appliances seem to be in good working order.

2014 Jayco Precept 31UL with three slide-outs! Super spacious!
This 2014 Precept 31UL is manufactured by Jayco and is located in Plano, Texas.
As you walk into the RV, you see two opposing slides that make the living area very large. On one side is the couch that folds into a bed. On the other side is the table that is also made into a bed. Next to the table is the TV that hides in the wall and can be raised when in use.
As you go toward the back, the kitchen features a slide-out cabinet for extra counter space. Per the owner, the microwave convection oven is new. It has a nice-sized refrigerator.
The bath is in between the kitchen and bedroom. The shower is a good size, and the rest of the bathroom features a large medicine cabinet.
The bedroom has plenty of room to get around the queen-sized bed with storage under it. On the other wall is the large closet with a TV.
Outside the RV, it has a lot of storage, with two large passthrough compartments. There is an electric awning with lights. There is also an outside TV with a DVD player.
If you are looking for a home away from home, look no further.
