With the exception of a few "rubs" and a broken side clearance light, the exterior is in great shape for its age. Always stored inside from the time it was purchased. The interior is in good condition; however, the vinyl covering on the driver and passenger seats, as well as the sofa-sleeper do show signs of wear and cracking.

At the rear of the vehicle is the master bedroom complete with a king-size bed, flat screen TV and LOTS of storage. Additional sleeping capacity for up to 8 people utilizing the sofa-bed, convertible booth dinette, and the power operated double-size bed over the driver's cockpit.
