Obviously 9 years of camping has caused normal wear and tear and aging, but this camper is in really nice condition and will serve you well for many years of great camping enjoyment. I am the original owner of the camper, and have all the documentation and owners manuals that came with it. I should say, we have never camped with "hookups" at private campgrounds. We only camped in the state forest campgrounds, very comfortably for up to 10-12 days at a time...just being self-sufficient. 2 20 pound propane tanks with automatic switchover (one is currently full the other is empty) new propane tank cover two dc27 series batteries with battery switch Elixir power converter 6 gallon hot water heater outside shower (never used but works) outside 115 volt duplex outlet pre-wired for air conditioner city water hookup (never used but works) 24 gallon fresh water tank Thetford cassette toilet stand up inside shower (never used but works fine) 3 burner stove with oven refrigerator (gas, 115 votl, 12 volt) with freezer compartment that can hold 2 Friendly's ice cream half gallons heater furnace with thermostat control double sink ample storage compartments Clarion CD/Stereo (quality unit) two ceiling mounted speakers (they are factory original, one sometimes you have to hit it with your hand when it cuts out and they are not good bass response but you could replace them) MP3 accessory input jack 12 volt accessory plug two end-bunk 12 volt fan/lights never-used spare tire spare tire cover fire extinguisher awning with poles electric brakes propane leak sensor carbon monoxide alarm gray water holding tank (never used) king size end bunk queen size end bunk slide out dinette area (converts to sleeping area) led "night lights" 115 volt light 12 volt florescent light outside 12 volt amber light large front end storage compartment polished aluminum wheels 2" coupler I've likely left out some other features in that list. Payment will be a $500 immediate deposit to my PayPal account followed by the delivery to me, within 3 days of the sale, a certified check drawn on a USA bank in the amount of $4495 US dollars, payable to me. Once it has cleared and is in my own bank account I will sign over the title and send it to you as quickly as I can so you can take possession of your camper as soon as possible. Local pickup in person would be ideal, but I understand you may have to make some shipping or delivery arrangements. All costs and arrangements for delivery, transportation, and shipping are the buyer's responsibility.
