Due to a family situation we have to sell our beautiful Precept UL. We looked at many motorhomes in a variety of price ranges and fell in love with the UL due to its solid construction, floor plan, ingenuity, craftsmanship, and over all quality. We have been on three short trips and have not used many of the features of this rig. It has been stored inside a warehouse. It looks and smells like new. Among the many features we appreciate most are the smooth Jayride Plus suspension, automatic leveling jacks, private master bdr with lots of closet space, drop down bed with 300 lb. capacity, solid wood Amish made cabinetry, 5,000w generator (we never used), large shower with sliding door, on demand tankless water heater, separate bathroom, dinette and couch directly across from each other, retractable TV in main area, mstr bdrm, and outside entertainment with TV, huge four door refrigerator, kitchen with expansive counter space, two air conditioners, macerator, keyless entry and an outside shower, electric awning with LED lights, .
