I bought a fifth wheel and am selling my travel trailer. The Whitehawk pictured is in very nice condition and is half ton towable. It is 27' long excluding the tongue and has a dry weight of 5800lbs. I used a Ford F150 to tow it. It has a RV queen bed in the front bedroom with the bath separating the bed and living areas. A large living area slide contains the dinette and a love seat/air bed. There are two swivel rockers located at the rear of the trailer with a large picture window. Another large picture window is located in the slide. A 26" flat screen TV with AM/FM/CD/DVD player is on the wall next to the slide near the bathroom door. The trailer has a 13.5kbtu ducted air conditioner and ducted furnace. The trailer has front and rear electric stabilizing jacks and an electric tongue jack. I will include a equalizing hitch with anti-sway bar. A 16' power awning covers the passenger side of the trailer from the rear to the other side of the kitchen. The gel coated front caps on many trailers are prone to fading. This one used to be a light brown but faded after the 2nd year. I had the cap painted white with new decal applied and then clear coated so it will not fade again. The white cap reflects heat better than the brown did as well.    The trailer has been well maintained and is set up well for dry camping. I have installed two deep cycle six volt batteries in series for the 12V DC system. I installed a Trimetric battery monitor that lets you monitor voltage, current, watts and percent battery remaining. You can also rely on the monitor to let you know if you are charging and at what charging stage you are in. After about 3 days on the batteries I use a small generator to recharge.     I installed a hard wired Progressive 30 amp AC surge protector that will disconnect the trailer from the AC source if there is low voltage, high voltage, loss of neutral, loss of ground etc... All of the interior lights have been retrofitted with LED's for better light and to reduce load on the batteries. I am also including two X-Chocks that can be installed between the tires while camping to stabilize the trailer even more. Please call me if you have any questions.
