This is a 1 owner fifth wheel that has been lightly used, no smoke or pets and shoes were taken off at the door. It is 40' with 4 slides, 2 air conditioning units, 2 TV's, 4 bunks, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and has a lot of storage. Remote for electric jacks, stabilizers, and awning. This camper has large water and holding tank capacity and is well insulated. It has always been stored inside until this year. We just don't use it enough to keep it. It would be hard to find one like this in better condition. It is currently winterized.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with storage, huge closet and dresser. The bathroom off the master bedroom has shower, sink with vanity and medicine cabinet. The main living room has ceiling fan, recessed ceiling lights, large TV, hide-a-bed air mattress sleeper sofa, booth dinette that converts into a bed. The kitchen has solid raised panel cabinets, solid surface counter tops, double sink, counter top extension, stove top/oven, microwave and double door pantry. Bunk room has 2 bunks on each side with storage underneath. It also has wardrobe in the center that has drawers and room to hang clothes. The 1/2 bath has sink with vanity and medicine cabinet. The camper has day/night shades throughout the camper and has tons of storage. The camper smells new and was used maybe dozen times.
