This camper is extremely clean and in excellent shape. Weighs only 4,300 pounds. The couch folds down and can be used as a bed. The kitchen table can be lowered and used as a bed. The refrigerator and freezer operates on electric or propane. Features include air conditioner, furnace, TV, DVD/stereo, microwave, stove, oven and outdoor grill. A receiver hitch was added that we used for a bike rack.
