This camper has never been smoked in or had pets in it. Heck, we have hardly slept in it. We are selling it because with our children's busy sports schedules we just don't have time to enjoy it and its to awesome to cheat some family out of the memories they could enjoy making. With the entry door to the bathroom keeping the normal wear and tear as well as the extra dirt under control when people are going to the restroom. That door is also a great addition to allow the young ones access to the bunk house without tracking through the entire camper every trip in and out. The bigger 15,000 BTU Central A/C unit does an awesome job even on the hottest days and nights. We hate to sell this rig and remember it isn't brand new but it isn't a new price either. It is a very nicely kept, clean non-smoking family owned unit and will bring the new owners a great deal of pride and enjoyment. It may have very minor wear items, as I stated it isn't brand new, but you will have to look long and hard to find one that is comparable to this unit. I also have one of the best anti sway/leveling hitches money can buy that I would consider selling with the camper at an additional price.
