(See video) Just purchased a new wand, so it is all set to go.Camper has a dent on the underside of the overhang on the driver's side, which was there when we purchased it. Does not leak or cause any issues, and could be easily repaired.The decals on the outside are a bit sun-faded. Some have been partially buffed off, which you can see clearly in the video. We bought this rv in Phoenix in 2013, and had them put new tires on it before they delivered it to Montana. Our plan was to go on the road full-time; life-changes made this impossible, and so it has been towed only two miles up the hill when we moved! As mentioned above, the cabinetry and rear queen beds were detached to make more space; they could easily be re-attached, and are included in the sale. (see video for more info) Unit was well-cared for, never any mice, no smoking, pets, etc. It is clean and ready to go! I have bought and sold many rv's over the years, and believe in full-disclosure.
