Excellent condition bunkhouse with double over double option along with the outside Chill N Store addition. Dual 30 gallon propane tanks with one recently filled (9/10/2016). Power awning and power tongue jack. Plenty of storage with the front pass through as well as under bed storage. Also storage under dinette and under rear bunk. Will include recently purchased TV as well. This is in new condition as we have only ever used is as a weekend camper a few summers each year. Battery is new as of May 2016.Lien of over $12k so I am putting money towards the payoff. Make your best offer but has to be so close to 12k as to not waste our time. I can email additional pictures.
