Only owner. Easy to pull. I have a chevy silverado 1500 which pulls with ease. Will include all hook ups and accessories. Very clean. Up to date on all services. Says sleeps 7. But sleeps 5 adults comfortably. Fast water heater. Been stored on cement and hooked up to power. Battery is in full working condition. This trailer has brought a lot of happiness to my family. You will enjoy it. The size is big enough to be comfortable. But small enough to get in and out of most camp sights. Cable hook up. TV antenna. A/C works great when plugged in. Heater works very well. Gas tanks last a very long time. Added a mattress pad to the queen size bed which I will include. The original mattress provided was not the most comfortable. The pad makes it a wonderful nights sleep. It has been covered since adding. This trailer is extremely versatile at the types of terrain you can go over. I have taken this trailer on multiple Hunting Expeditions where I have had to take it on uneven ground. It has a good clearance that makes it able to go over uneven Terrain. So whether you're pulling this on a paved Road or off the road and the trailer is easy to get around.
