Selling our 2006 30ft Jayco Travel Trailer. Cross-Posted. Selling for low price due to issues noted below. Includes Load Distribution Hitch, Anti-Sway bar, Two 30# propane tanks, and portable fire pit. Winterized. This camper came from California and last winter was the first time it has ever seen a winter, let alone much rain. Still plated for California so it will need registered here. It does not leak. Insulated underbelly. Everything works: LP Furnace, LP Stove, Microwave, Electric/LP Water Heater, Electric/LP Refrigerator, Water pump, Battery, Slide Out Motor, Bathroom power vent. Roof Mount AC. New tires last year. Upgrades: Red taillights/brake lights changed over to LED. Floor was beefed up due to Jayco's notoriously weak floors of that era. Floor carpeted (except bathroom) TV Wall (left side fridge) has two layers of 7/16 plywood so a flat screen can be mounted anywhere on that wall (I had a 32" mounted there with no problems) The Master bed frame has been rebuilt when the floor was redone. WHAT IT DOES NOT INCLUDE & ISSUES:It does not include any of the bed mattresses. You will need a queen, full, and bunk mattress.We installed a pellet stove , which ended up being an overkill, So there is a heat dissipating plate and 3 inch chimney exit out the slide out side where the couch is (see photo) We realized why all new campers don't have much carpet, as far as camping with kids go, might as well forget keeping the carpet clean. Front door catch is pushed in and will need repaired. Small dents rear underbelly/trim from tire blowout. $250 deposit due at close of auction, remainder due in 7 days of close of sale.
