Here is the deal, we ordered a new Jayco fifth wheel (due to arrive in the beginning of August) and we are going to trade the 314 in on. Our dealer is willing to do a courtesy trade if someone is willing to buy ours and all that they will charge is doc fees. We will not sell our unit until the new one comes in and you must come with us to Rhone's Travel Trailers to take delivery on it. So here is a good chance to get a like new unit at a great price. I have a price that they gave me for trade so if we can agree upon a price that works for the both of us then we have a deal.
