A "GREAT BUY" for a nice 2004 Jayco Designer 31RLS This Jayco Fifth Wheel is in very good condition and well kept! The unit was stored indoors on my property during the winter months and was kept at our seasonal site during the camping season. The inside of the camper is very clean and well maintained (no stains/tears/rips in any furniture, blinds, walls or carpeting.....all of the deluxe wood cabinetry is free of any scratches or discoloration as well as the countertops. The designer series is the "high end" of the Jayco campers. The outside of this camper has the "smooth shiny gelcoat finish" like a boat. It's not the grainy/fibrous fiberglass finish. It is evident with the rich/ stylish furniture, cabinetry, textured carpet, ceiling fan, light fixtures and surround sound stereo system. The appliances are all SPOTLESS!! This is a great floor plan. The bedroom has plenty of headroom and lots of closet/cabinet space. We upgraded the matress to the "memory foam", very comfortable. The tires are virtually like new and it comes with a new surge protector we just bought last year (several hundred dollars). We also just had the roof sealed/conditioned last year. ADULT USED and cared for. This camper was over $36,000 new, I have it priced to sell, the buy it now is $1,000 less than "low retail" (Per NADA: Average Retail is $17,780....Low Retail is $13,760). This is not a "low retail" camper, it will be a GREAT BUY for someone!!! I have perfect feedback both as a buyer/seller so bid with confidence.
