This is the perfect family camping trailer. It has only been on a few camping trips and stored in the garage for it's entire life. It is fully loaded with Air conditioner, Gas Furnace, 3 way refrigerator, Water and propane systems, 6 Gallon Hot Water Heater, Electric Breaks, am/fm/cd/dvd stereo, 4 Crank down stabilizer jacks, Awning, Front storage box, Manual roof lift system, outdoor grill, outside shower, porta potty/shower combination inside, roof rack and spare tire and carrier. The condition of this camper is a 10 out of 10. It looks and smells new still. I am the only owner of the pop up and it has been garage kept unless it was out having fun in the woods. I will accept cash or a bank check for the exact purchase price. The trailer lives in Bloomington Illinois. You will be responsible for pick up or shipping. It requires a 2 inch ball on the towing vehicle. If you are not far away, I may meet you part way for fuel costs.
