38' x 8', dual axles, weight 11,490lbs. with 3 slides. Very gently used only to winter in Florida and Arizona by a vacationing senior couple. Two flat screen TVs with DVD stereo system and built in speakers. Two bathroom sinks and king-size bed. Obsessively well kept, super clean and absolutely straight with new tires and hot water heater. Adjustable $1,200 hitch. Tows very nicely behind a 3/4 ton chassis pick up. Like new, NO disappointments.
