This 5th wheel is in excellent condition. It looks new with no body, mechanical or interior damage. My wife and I have used it about 2 to 3 times a year since we bought it new. We've not taken it on trips cross country or even out of a 200 miles radius of where we live. I've winterized it every winter myself with 100% success. This 5th wheel is ready for the road or onsite setup. All the drain valves are easily accessible without crawling around under the trailer to open and close them. This is a very easy trailers to set up.
