New 2016 Jayco North Point 377RLBH Fifth Wheel.Welcome to Jayco Luxury. The North Point provides premium features thanks to the Luxury Fifth Wheel and North Point packages. They're the apex of towable comfort - where opulence meets unbeatable value. Now that's an indulgence you can feel good about.The 377RLBH has a rear living floorplan featuring a mid bunk including a loft with the sofa across the back of the camper. The tri-fold sofa converts to a bed for additional sleeping space. Ahead of the sofa on the doorside of the camper is a large slideout with reclining theater seats and a table and four chairs. On the off door side is a slideout with the entertainment center which includes HDTV and Fireplace. The galley is part of the slideout as well with a pantry, microwave, stove, oven and large 12 cubic foot refrigerator. In between the two opposing slideouts is an island with the double sink. A pocket door off the kitchen leads into the bunkroom which feels more like a Den. As you enter left is the slideout featuring a love seat tri-fold sleeper sofa with a single fold away bunk above. To the right is a built in entertainment area including a built in desk and a large storage cabinet that passes thru to the hallway making for easy loading while the slideout is in. A side aisle walk way leads up the stairs to the front of the camper, along the way is the large loft bed with built in storage compartments and TV hookups. The bathroom has a large shower, lavatory and toilet. The private master bedroom is in the front of the camper and has a bed slideout and front storage. This is a great, roomy floorplan that offers sleeping for 9.Throughout the camper you will appreciate the residential-style ball bearing full extension drawer guides. The TuffShell vacuum-bonded laminated sidewalls and floors will stand the test of time as a durable structure. There are two electric patio awnings for ease of use (one is located on the door side slideout. The underbelly is enclosed and heated. There is ample storage for whatever you may want to bring along. And don't forget Jayco's 2 year Co-Pilot Warranty; compare and know that Jayco offers the best warranty in the business.This camper has a 15,000 BTU Whisper Quiet roof mount air conditioner that is ducted throughout the camper and a second 13,500 BTU air conditioner in the front bedroom.
