Larger, 22' when it's opened up. 12' when it's closed. Air conditioner on roof. 4 seperate beds (King, Queen, Full and single). Easily sleeps 8+. Stove can be set up inside or on outside (I never cooked inside). Refrigerator runs on Gas, 110 volt or 12 volt. Outside shower. 2 seperate eating areas (U-Shaped Dinette and small table for kids). Electric Brakes. Newer tires. Great for camping on the cheap, but comfortable. We have sun covers for the ends to keep heat away from roof. Also, have screen room to use under the awning.
