We are selling our 2014 Jayco Model 1206. This camper has been meticulously cared for, for without a doubt you wont find another one as clean as this one. Every year I've winterized the camper, hand washed all the canvas and treated to help keep the canvas from de-oxiding in the sun. The camper has been pulled from the storage unit, to the camp grounds and back. The tires are new and in great condition. This unit is ready to go and is well worth the money we're asking for it. We also have a Yakima Kayak rack for the top we've used twice, if there's interest in it, it can be purchased separately. Here is a quick list of options for the camper: Key Fob Electric lift 6-gallon hot water heat a/c (blows very cold and keeps you comfortable) propane furnace (will keep camper 65 degrees when outside temp is 35 with ease) has comfortable couch that folds down into a bed pullout booth that can also be converted to a bed King size bed on one end and queen on the other two burner propane stove with gas couplers inside and outside indoor sink refrigerator (can run on 110ac/12dc/or propane plenty of storage in the booth area and under the couch indoor/outdoor speakers with MP3 radio. (radio sounds good!) Has LARGE front compartment for al your storage needs. Has stabilizers for all corners Has Shower/Bathroom combo!!!! The ladies love this option instead of the stinky bath houses! outdoor shower (this had been great for washing dishing after cooking on the open fire) I'm sure there are a few things that I've forgotten.
