1999 Jayco Jay Series 21' Tent Trailer. Very light and easy to tow (1,650 lbs). Closed length is 13'. Sleeps 6. Fully self contained, with kitchen. See the YouTube video. Again, this tent trailer has a full kitchen with stove, fridge, sink, and hot water. Sleeper dinette booth. Along with the two Queen beds on either side. Dual axle. Propane Bottles. Tires are almost brand new (DOT 2016). Good shape inside and out. State/regional taxes, SMOG, and DMV fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
