It does have the big a/c unit 15k btu, and it is a 50 amp trailer with an enclosed underbelly and we added the bedspread as well. It does have an outdoor kitchen with a rear bunkroom that has two bunks and a Jay cube couch/bed with opposing wardrobe and a place to put an TV. The kitchen features a 6cu ft refrigerator, gas range and stove, and the living has leatherette couch that makes into a bed. You can take a bunch of folks with you on this trailer.
