Sleeps 6 with 3 fold out beds and table also makes into small bed that could fit 2 children or smaller adults. Comes with dual 30 pound propane tanks with auto changeover. Roof air conditioner and furnace keep great temperature. Stove, refrigerator, microwave with hood, and hot water heater all work excellent. Outdoor shower has new shower head and valves. Inside bathroom has tub/shower. We have owned this camper for over 3 years now & have had zero trouble with it. Only selling to upgrade space as our children grow:)
