This is an upgraded unit, with an outdoor kitchen, outdoor entertainment hookups, and a tow package. We also upgraded to a new radio control head unit and added a Sirius XM connection. It has new tires (replaced in Nov. 2016), a newly sealed roof (Dec 2016), and we had the generator and instant water heater cleaned and inspected professionally to make sure all was great for our last trip. This is the perfect unit for a family. Bunk house model means private sleeping spaces for everyone, and you don't have to fold them up and remake them in order to eat, since the dinette is separate. This model has a sleeping area over the cab as well, with a rotating-arm TV for that area or it can be rotated out towards the main living space. Fantastic floor plan and options!
