Very nice 2-owner Jayco Granite Ridge 2900GS Class C motorhome. Adult-owned, over-maintained, non-smoker. Built on Ford Econoline E450 chassis with 6.8 liter V10 engine. I have added a Banks exhaust kit with tuner and a K & N cold air kit. We have owned it since 2008 when it had 13,000 miles on it. The Granite Ridge line is the upper-end model for this year. The oil is changed at least once per year using only Motorcraft filter and Motorcraft synthetic blend oil. I also drain the transmission pan and change the fluid each year. Tires have all been replaced in the last few years and are in excellent condition. I had the front end redone with extra-heavy duty gas shocks, a wedge kit and heavy duty urethane bushings. Brakes are excellent. Both the chassis and cabin batteries have been changed within the last year with the best batteries I could find. Both are still in warranty. The motorhome runs and drives great. I have a full cover for the motorhome as well.The inside is very clean. Everything works as it should. Cabinets are cherry hardwood. It has a flat panel TV with surround sound and a DVD player. The cab has a stereo/CD player and speakers throughout the coach. It has a Satellite radio receiver, but it is not currently under contract. I have replaced the cabin fresh water pump in the last 2 years. The refrigerator/freezer is large and is a 3-way. While you are driving, it uses 12 volt power. It is automatic so it changes to whatever power is most efficient and available at the time. Both the dinette and couch make into beds, so you can easily sleep 6. All of the shades are double; they have a day and night shade which can allow light in during the day or keep it dark and private at night. There are 2 doors to separate the bedroom from the front of the cabin while still allowing everyone to use the bathroom.The generator is an Onan Microquiet 4000 4KW and will run everything in the coach at one time. It has only 93 hours on it and it was just serviced with maybe 1/10 hour since service. It has a Carefree of Colorado electric awning. There are more storage compartments than you would expect in a Class C coach. Lots of illuminated cargo compartments. There are lots of cabinets inside as well. The bathroom sink is in the hallway and the shower and stool are in their own room. The holding tanks are a large capacity and it has approximately 50 gallons of fresh water capacity. There is a tow hitch; we use it to tow a Jeep. We are upgrading to a larger Class A motorhome which is why we are selling it. You can get in it and drive anywhere. It is 100% ready to go.
