This beautiful RV sleeps 10 (two sets of bunk beds in front, master bedroom at rear of coach (full size), couch folds down into a full size bed w/air matress (air pump & valve built in), dinning table folds down into a full size bed, living room and kitchen area centered, the shower & wash basin on one side, the toilet area is secluded w/separate door. Two Slides (12 ft. & 6 ft.). FEATURES: RV is fully self contained ** a large 12 volt marine battery ** three 50 gal. tanks (1 50 gal. fresh/potable water holding tank w/a 2088/2093 series potable water pump - 1 50 gal. gray water holding tank - 1 50 gal. black water holding tank) ** two 7 gal. LP gas tanks ** a 6 gal. water heater (runs on LP or electric) ** Norcold refrigerator (runs on LP or electric) ** Atwood LP three burner gas range & slide-in cook top & oven ** Atwood hydro 8500-lV-LD series furnace ** a Airxcel 48000 series 15,000 BTU air condition ** a Dometic microwave oven ** two Emerson 18 in. color DVD/TV's ** a 32 in. Have recently replaced the air condition w/same series on Aug. 13, 2015 w/2 year warrenty + added bought another three year warrenty total five years (warrenty on hand). Replaced the 6 gal water heater on Oct. 12, 2015. And just had the roof re-done, had it washed, re-rubbered with a sealent and trimed on May 31, 2016. Have all paper work for all work & replacements done. Like I said, asking $24,000 and well be open to nagotiate wright price or possibly would be interested in a trade for a nice 2/3 bedroom 2 bath mobile with equal value. Well include the 5th wheel king-pin slide hook-up & prackets by Reese (a $2,400 value). Be advised the reason for nagotiating the price, because of registration has been past due (about $2,500).
