Slightly used, practically new travel trailer. Has light, minor fading on the very top of the front cap. We are working with Jayco to get this fixed. Slight ding on back, nothing major. Trailer is practically brand new. Had a blowout in March of 2016 and it tore up the fender skirt on the door side of the trailer. That is an easy repair. It has 4 new, 10 ply tires that were put on after that blowout. The tires probably don't have 600 miles on them. Word to the wise, if you buy a trailer with factory tires change the factory tires as soon as possible. This trailer has all of the TV's. That means it has 4, yes, 4 LCD TV's. That includes the one in the outdoor kitchen. Oh, the TV's in the bunk room, master bedroom, and outdoor kitchen have DVD players built into them. The TV in the living room has a DVD player through the AM/FM/CD stereo system in the living room. The outside of the trailer also has the bumper mounted gas grill which plugs into the trailer propane. There is a receiver hitch under the rear bumper to put a bicycle rack in. It also has an outdoor shower and the extremely convenient 4 point automatic leveling system with the two additional stabilizer jacks in the middle. The trailer has three gray tanks, two black tanks, and a freshwater tank. It has two drain outlets for the black and gray tanks. The main A/C on the inside is ducted throughout the trailer for heat and cool. There is an additional cooling unit in the master bedroom that will make it ice cold and help drown out the noise of the kids playing in the back. Speaking of the master bedroom: there is a big closet for hanging clothes and an additional two closets for storage. The bedroom also has a dresser and a TV. The closet is supposed to be washer/dryer ready. I know it has the electric in their, so I'm assuming the water and drainage requirements are there as well. There are two reading lights on the headboard and a safe located inside the bed (where the bed platform raises up). There is a full bath in the hallway outside the master bedroom door. The bathroom has a glass enclosed, walk-in shower. There is also plenty of storage for towels and toiletries as well as a vanity with extra space. The bathroom also has a motorized vent. In the living room/kitchen area there is a nice, big island, an oversize refrigerator, a 3 burner gas stove with gas oven, and microwave/ventahood combo. The area also has two recliners, a sofa with recliners on each end and a dinette set with the fixed benches. There is also a nice TV sitting over a fireplace that still has the stickers from the factory on it!! There's also a ceiling fan in the living room. The bunk room has a dresser wall with a TV, 3 bunk beds and a sofa that folds out into a bed. You can fit a lot of kids in the bunk room, believe me. We've had 5 high school age kids sleep in the bunk room before! The bunk room also has a 1/2 bath with sink, toilet and a motorized vent. All total, this trailer could sleep 9 people. That would be 3 people on bunks, 2 people on foldout sofa in the bunk room, 1 child on the dinette that converts to a bed, 1 on the sofa in the living room, and 2 adults in the master bedroom. This is a great travel trailer for a family with kids. It would also be a great trailer for someone that needed that bunk room for an office. It pulls great and is super easy to set up once you reach your destination. This 2015 Jayco Eagle Premier 375BHFS comes with the "accessories" that are necessary when you go camping. This trailer comes with a 50amp power cord, water hose, plenty of sewer line, sewer hookups, coax cable, and even some dishes.
