I am selling a 31.5 foot Jayco Eagle 5th wheel trailer with hitch included (rails for truck not included) all accessories are included. Trailer can sleep 10. Four sleeper bunkbed over the tongue with room for storage and a sliding door for privacy. Table and benches can be extended to seat 2 more people (6 total) master has two hanging closets and three drawers as well as a laundry area. Bathroom can be closed off from living are and master for privacy. Table and sofa can be turned into sleeping areas. Master bed has large storage under mattress which can be accessed from outside also. Water heater, air conditioning, refridgerator, microwave, stove, burners and heater are all in working order. Outdoor showering area as well between slide-outs (master and living area). Due to recent personal issues I am selling it after 5 uses. Hoses, two large propane tanks, and accessories are included in the price. 30 amp connection, /battery on board. Empty weight 11,000 lbs.
