Priced to sell out of season. This RV has two slide outs and has never been smoked in. No evidence of pets. Everything works perfectly. I bought it in June, knowing I was only staying in the USA a short time. Had the furnace cleaned right away. Has A/C, 3 sun roofs, screen door and locking outer door, beautiful upholstery inside, full kitchen with gas stove, gas/elec fridge with new heating element, microwave, island with double sink gives lots of work space, lots of counter top space, queen bed for which you will need to purchase your own mattress, full shower, toilet. All pipes and water work great. Two large propane tanks fit in the outer coves, roof has no leaks. Sleeps four adults and two small children easily. Tons of storage, more than I could even use. Atwood furnace. Has satellite dish hookup, but I never used it. Nice RCA TV, DVD player with surround sound 7 speakers work great. Smells fine, no issues. Dry weight is 4767 kg.It's a great camper and a great deal. I loved living in it but am selling due to moving out of the country. I was the second owner and it was well cared for before purchase.
