When buying used items it is always helpful to know if there are any flaws. We had a building inspector give this camper a look-over and he said it was in really good condition and an excellent purchase for someone looking for a quality camper at a good price. With its good condition, he mentioned the following items that someone should know about when purchasing: 1. The camper could use four new tires (camper tires have an average life expectancy of 5 years)2. The exterior could use a detail job for anyone who likes a squeaky clean camper3. The kitchen slide does not align 100% on the bottom right side, but it does not leak. An RV repair center told us this is a common problem with slide outs and if it is not leaking- leave it alone. 4. The back wall has some wrinkles in the wall paper & a small tear where some water came in through the window during a rain storm. While we believe the water came in through an open window- the local RV repair center said the camper can be pressure tested and sealed for less than $200 if any potential purchaser needed some peace of mind.
