We opened and checked about every system in the Seismic, and all looks great. The seller has used it to store some personal items due to no other place to store them. That is why we moved personal items around to accommodate photos. The one thing that is not to par is the sofa/recliner in the living room. There are scratch marks on the upholstery that are difficult to repair. The seller does not include the washer/dryer and the upgraded queen mattress, but they are both available for purchase. The 4113 is the longest of the series featuring a 12'6" garage, 1.5 baths, an extra-long L shaped "tunnel" loft bed, two patios including a unique fold-down patio with a sliding glass door, exterior camp kitchen, two pass-through storage compartments, and electric power ramp, fueling station, and much more. This unit even has a dishwasher. This one has hardly been used with the outside stove and mini-fridge; the two drop-down beds, rear bath, and other features never used or touched! In fact, the generator has less than 18 hours on it and was used only to keep it maintained. This has been used enough to break in it and get the details that were not right at manufacturing fixed and back to standards. This is well worth a look and offer!
