With the exception of a few "rubs" and a broken side clearance light, the exterior is in great shape for its age. Always stored inside from the time it was purchased. The interior is in good condition; however, the vinyl covering on the driver and passenger seats, as well as the sofa-sleeper do show signs of wear and cracking.

Once in a while, you come across a minimally used RV in great condition. This is one of those. All the furniture was in great condition, and the appliances were spotless. The outside also looked great. There were minimal scratches above the storage bin near the door and a minor scratch on the right rear side.
