EXCELLENT CONDITION!!!!! Well loved and taken care of.Ultra Light for towing....5215 # Unloaded Vehicle Weight 745 # Dry Hitch Weight 7500 # Gross Vehicle Weight RatingWe love this Floor Plan - -Separate Front Bedroom with Queen Bed-Refrigerator and Kitchen are accessible right at the entry-Sofa is in a slide out right across from the Table Eating Area(So many campers have them in a row, so when a group of you are inside you cannotsee each other and visit if you are using both)-Back area has Full Double Bed with a Bunk on topThis was great because our daughter and her husband had a full double bed without being in separate "bunks".-Sleeps 2 in the Queen, 2 in the full, 1 in the bunk, 1 on the fold down table and 1 or 2 on the couch folded down into a bed.-The couch pops down very easily into the bed.-Light weight but we could all "pile in" when we were camping.Everything is really in NICE condition!!!!
