The upholstery is in good condition. The trailer has a fridge, a heater, outside propane BBQ, and a stove which can be hooked up outside. The dinning table can also be installed outside. Large front storage compartment. The tires are in good condition and the trailer has electric brakes. Full hook up capability (no sewer). 12 volt battery recently replaced. King and full sized beds.
