When getting the photos and video footage on this coach, we noticed how pristine the exterior and interior were. No smells or odors. Very clean. New house batteries recently installed - Summer 2023. The tires are in good condition, but the date code is from 2016. They've always been kept protected and out of the sun. Plenty of tread left on them, but they might want to replace them in the next few years. Per the seller: "You will not find a cleaner coach. Everything works perfectly." As with any used RV purchase, we recommend a 3rd party inspection prior to the final purchase.
