Meticulously maintained and in excellent condition, everything works flawlessly except for the igniter on the three-burner stove. It has a very nice layout and is in great condition. The seat covers pictured for the driver and passenger sides are being replaced with the same type of covers; they were being shipped the day of the photoshoot. The coach and dinette upholstery is showing some wear, as most of them do, but it is still in good condition. There is lots of storage space, no soft spots, no moisture, and no musty smells detected. 2006 Itasca Navion 23J, 2.7 Mercedes 5cyl turbo diesel $49,500. The 5cyl is dependable as a claw hammer and averages 18-20 mpg. Has dinette slide to open up kitchen and living area. Unit is in very good condition with only 23,500 miles. The tires are BFG with only a few thousand miles and a couple of years of use. New windshield with no chips or pitts. Has most factory options and many upgrades, including 500 watts of solar on the roof.
