2004 Itasca Spirit 31T, 2004 Itasca Spirit 31T Class C motorhome with dinette/couch slide. Excellent condition. Very well maintained. Only 38,000 miles. This RV has been owned by the same family since new. Children are getting older and we use it less and less each year. Hopefully, you will enjoy it as much as we have. Lots of storage interior and exterior. Full cover for winter storage. Dash radio and exterior radio have been replaced with bluetooth receivers. Bedroom and living televisions were upgraded to flat screen LCD's. Tires have less than 10,000 miles on them. All batteries were replaced in the spring. Oil changed each fall as part of winterization. Microwave/convection oven upgrade frees up a ton of undercounted storage. As shown in the pictures there is one very minor dent on the rear passenger rear corner. The area adjoins the out door shower so there is no breach into interior living area.
