Hello, I'm selling my 31' 1992 Itasca Sunrise motor home. 6 months ago i started to remodel my motor home but i lost my job and i can't have the privilege to own a motor home. I sealed the roof. I took off the ceiling cover from inside. The floor is covered with wood but it has some damage like you see in the pictures. So i bought brand new carpet which i didn't install as you see in the pictures. I took off the stickers from outside of the motor home cause I was getting it ready for new paint but I never got around to it. I put 6 brand new tires on it 7 months ago. The onnan generator works perfectly, it needs a tune-up. The refrigerator works, A/C works, water system and sewer system work. Motor and transmission run perfectly. You can drive it anywhere in the U.S. I took off the T.V because it was old so it needs a new one. I bought 3 new battery's when i bought the tires and they are new. It is definitely ready to be rebuilt. I bought it with a rebuild title because it had a broken windshield and the top of the front of the RV had a little crack in the fiberglass which was fixed by a professional trailer business in Texas and looks perfect now. 2012 Itasca Suncruiser 35P, This is basically a brand new unit, I bought it new in New Mexico and then got relocated to Austin TX for work. The only trip this unit has been on is from New Mexico to Texas and it has been here the last year.
