2007 Itasca Navion 23H, A great price for a great RV! Looking to sell quick. 2007 Itasca Navion 23H. Low-mileage diesel motorhome, built on the 2006 Mercedes Sprinter chassis (5-cylinder) which gets great mpg. This vehicle runs and drives great. We are the second owners of this motorhome. We purchased it in early 2015, have travelled in it extensively this year, and with our travels now complete, are looking for its next home. 34,000 miles. Priced under the Nada Guide price, and well under other comparable SoCal listings for a quick sale! The 23H floorplan provides a large bathroom/shower, located at the rear. A sleeper-sofa is located in the slide-out, which provides a comfortable and functional living area. Interior trim is the factory tan/beige/wood style, in good condition. Machine-washable removable covers for the furniture are also included in the sale. Tires: 6x Michelin LTS M/S2, new 2015. Spare tire is still original, but is in good condition (is always covered). Sale price includes the four stock chrome wheel covers. House batteries: two Optima BlueTop Marine Dual Purpose maintenance-free batteries, for a total of 110 Amp-hours. Both batteries new 2015. Onan propane generator 120 hours, original. Please note that the generator runs strong, but requires three presses of the start button in order to fully start. New water filter 2015. 2007 Itasca Navion 23H, Great condition 2007 Itasca Navion. Single owner, we bought new in mid 2007. All service records. 6 brand new good year tires. A/C just serviced, blows ice cold. Generator just serviced. 50,000 mile service and tune-up just completed. New brakes done recently. Installed new 20" HD LCD TV instead of stock 13" TV. Installed Prodigy electric trailer brake control system. Replaced stock plastic turbo resonator with solid aluminum model. Stock plastic one is known to be a problem on these motorhomes and crack after a while causing turbo to stop working. No fear of that happening with this modification. Average 17mpg and 14mpg while towing small 12-ft trailer with UTV (2,500lbs total). Purchased new truck and trailer and looking to sell this RV quickly. Clear title in hand.
