Everything in the coach is in good working order. No leaks or water damage.
The tires have recently been replaced.The coach interior was painted. Some missing T-molding along the ceiling that is notated in photos.
The upholstery is peeling/cracked.
The awning has a hole/tear. The arms of the awning work.
