This vintage travel trailer is a "glamping" inspired (Glamorous Camping) 27 foot long renovated/refurbished 1973 Ideal. Featuring a 3 foot extension on the back for hauling bikes/toys/storage etc. It's an absolute beauty! Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. New paint through out interior and exterior...(exterior paint has life time warranty at a location in Southern California). It has an ice cold A/C, working heat, new dark wood/laminate floors, custom lighting (including a mini chandelier), flat screen TV, and the custom exterior paint job is in a flat black & metallic maroon. It's a perfect blend of new and old charm. Kitchen features 4 burner stove top and an oven with one rack, a double basin stainless steal sink, and a refrigerator and freezer with chalk board paint for family fun. The dinner/seating area is booth style- with all new "easy clean" custom upholstery that seats 6 people. The table top is personalized with a hippie gypsy American freedom theme. All exterior lights are in working order with new caps/lenses, the paint & windows are in excellent condition, with the exception of the rear/bathroom window which is currently plexi-glass. Bathroom has not been renovated, however it has a nice size tub/shower in great condition, as well as a toilet sink and small counter space. All plumbing works great. Electrical works great. Easy hitch mechanism with new crank. Interior décor is currently done in a black and deep plum upholstery with touches of creamy yellow in vintage prints. Interior is easily re-customized according to your specifications by changing out wall decorations and pillow covers. There is AMPLE overhead storage, plenty of closet space and lots of cabinets. All cabinets have fresh clean off-white paint as well as vintage inspired printed wall paper lining the interior of the drawers. It is super clean, has the original vintage paperwork, and there are only 2 previous owners. Perfect for family vacations, tows smooth, and is a total HEAD TURNER. People stop to point, compliment and take photos of this trailer. The new owner will probably want to install a new window in the bathroom (as stated above) and may want to do some light décor changes or painting to the bathroom. In addition the wood on the 3 foot exterior extension featured on the back (for bikes, toys, etc.) could be sanded and stained in a dark cherry color to compliment the paint job, and the ice container inside the refrigerator needs a new latch, (easy fix). The trailer has new vents on top, with easy crank open mechanisms and the A/C unit is only a few years old. The registration is current, and the title is clean. Title in hand. Over all condition is exceptional. This trailer gets attention where ever it goes and is a perfect family sized low maintenance easily stored GEM. Annual registration fees are cheap because it is old enough to be classified as an antique. Not too big, not too small, kid friendly, drinker friendly, back yard party friendly, hunting friendly, and it looks AMAZING strung in white Christmas lights next to a bonfire. Because it is custom I am flexible on the price (within reason) and will consider any "reasonable" offer. The new owners of this ONE OF A KIND will fall in love with it's charm.
