This RV is clean and shows normal wear compared to its model year/age. The interior has been repainted and the vinyl flooring has been replaced. The roof was replaced in November 2023 - New FlexArmor roof with transferable lifetime warranty. There is some cosmetic damage to the entry door but the handle and lock are functional. The driver and passenger seats swivel to face the living area and both have areas where the cover material has worn off (very common in older RVs). The exterior decals have some chips and cracks. The tires are roughly three years old and have very good tread depth. The seller reports all mechanical and electrical features function normally.
